What doses should I first use in humans?

Selecting the first time in humans doses is challenging. If you have pre-clinical data available, I can develop a compartmental model for you (see more here). With this model, I will run simulations with several doses to predict human exposure taking into account variability. These simulations will help you to decide what dose should be first used in humans.
